A Holding Company That Builds Its Own
USA Venture Group LLC is a Maryland limited liability company based in Baltimore, Maryland. It owns and operates a family of businesses in web design and search ranking, legal courier and delivery, lead generation software, job site rentals and commercial drone inspection, each built in-house and each run as a going concern.

How It Started
The group grew out of its founder’s two careers. The first was sales: direct sales from the age of nineteen, then years running restaurants and an online wholesale business that lived or died on whether a stranger would buy from a web page. The second was transportation and logistics, two decades of it, from the driver’s seat of a tractor-trailer to the operations side of carriers that move freight and mail for the biggest shippers in the country.
Both careers taught the same lesson. The businesses that win are the ones that answer the phone, show up when they said they would, and never surprise a customer on the invoice. Most of the software sold to small businesses doesn’t help with any of that; it adds a monthly fee and a login. So the group builds its own, and when the software proves it can run a business, the group starts one.
Baltimore Web Developer is the flagship and the engineering arm. The Baltimore Courier Company runs entirely on the group’s own software, with online booking, live tracking and a driver app from day one. The Morning Leads grew out of a lead system built for a portable restroom company in South Florida, where it still runs their sales every morning. Philly Portables took that system and the driver app into a new city and a new line of rentals. The Maryland Drone Company brings the same approach to inspection work along the I-95 corridor.
How the Group Operates

The group writes its own software, builds its own websites and runs its own operations. Nothing a venture depends on is rented from someone who can turn it off.
Price It Plainly
A quote is the price. Delivery, pickup and service are in it, and nothing is added later. A customer should be able to read an estimate once and know what they'll pay.
Prove Every Delivery
A photo at every stop, a signature at every handoff, a timestamp on every step. The customer sees it, the office sees it, and nobody has to call to ask where the truck is.
Answer the Phone
Every venture publishes a number that reaches a person, and the website is built so the customer can book, order or pay without needing to.
