The Morning Leads turns public building permits into customers for the businesses that serve construction. Every morning it pulls the permits filed the day before, finds the contractor behind each one, finds a working email and phone, and has a quote in their inbox the same day or the day after they pulled the permit, before they've called anyone.

It began as the lead system built for a South Florida portable restroom company, where it runs their sales every day, and is now offered under its own brand to service businesses that want the same morning feed.

Philly Portables rents the three things every Philadelphia job site needs: porta potties with weekly service, roll-off dumpsters with swaps on call, and locked storage containers for tools and materials, placed together on one delivery date and billed on one invoice.

Behind it is the group's permit lead system, a private job page for every customer with an online estimate, rental agreement and payment, and a driver app that photographs every delivery, service and pickup so the customer and the office both see the proof.

The Maryland Drone Company

The Maryland Drone Company flies commercial roof and property inspections for roofing contractors, property managers, construction firms and solar installers along the I-95 industrial corridor: thermal moisture surveys, mapped imagery and rooftop asset records, delivered as reports a client can act on.

SolBot

SolBot was designed, built and operated entirely in-house: a subscription platform that watched the Solana network around the clock and traded on rules its users set. It proved the group could ship a full software product, from the trading engine to billing and support, on its own.

The platform is retired from active service, and the engineering behind it lives on in the group's lead systems and operations software.
